Delivery and Term. On or prior to the Service Commencement Date, RagingWire shall deliver to Customer, at the designated Customer Area, the RagingWire Supplied Equipment. Customer shall have the right to use the RagingWire Supplied Equipment for the Term unless otherwise specified in the applicable SLA. Customer shall not remove any RagingWire Supplied Equipment from the Customer Area without the prior written consent of RagingWire.
