Deliveries by the Buyer at Closing. At the Closing, the Buyer shall execute, acknowledge and deliver to the Sellers the following (which events shall occur, each being deemed to have occurred simultaneously with the others):

Deliveries by the Buyer at Closing. (a) The Buyer shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, the following to the Shareholders, or the Escrow Agent in the case of Section 2.07(a)(ii), at Closing:
