Deliveries by GRI at Closing. On the Closing Date, in addition to any other documents required to be delivered pursuant to this Purchase Agreement or the Wrap Agreement, GRI shall deliver or cause to be delivered to HNBV cash in the amount required under Section 2.2 hereof, and shall deliver (or cause to be delivered) to Hercules and HNBV a receipt for the items delivered pursuant to Section 5.2 hereof, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Hercules and HNBV.
