Deliverables/Methods Sample Clauses
The Deliverables/Methods clause defines what specific outputs, products, or results the party is required to provide, as well as the processes or standards to be followed in producing them. It typically outlines the nature, quality, and timeline of deliverables, and may specify the methodologies, tools, or procedures to be used. By clearly setting expectations for both the end results and the means of achieving them, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over performance, ensuring both parties are aligned on what is to be delivered and how.
