Common use of Delinquent Rent Clause in Contracts

Delinquent Rent. (i) If Tenant does not pay to Landlord within ten (10) days of its due date any Fixed Minimum Rent, Percentage Rent, Common Area Charge, Insurance Charge, Marketing Fund Charge or Tax Charge, Tenant shall also pay, without any offset or deduction whatsoever, to Landlord the sum of $10.00 per day from the original due date to the date of actual receipt (said amount shall be called "Delinquent Rent") from original due date.
