Deletion of Delivery Points. (a) Where the supply of gas to a Small Volume Customer Delivery Point is disconnected under this Agreement or under the terms of a Customer Connection Contract in force at the Delivery Point, it will be deleted from the Relevant Customer List from the date agreed between ActewAGL and the User (both acting reasonably) subject to the following:
