DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY. West Virginia’s BMS within DHHR is the single state agency responsible for administering the Medicaid program. No delegation by either party in administering this Contract will relieve either party of responsibility for carrying out the terms of the Contract.

DELEGATIONS OF AUTHORITY. The West Virginia’s BMS Virginia DHHR shall be responsible for administering this contract. The West Virginia Bureau for Medical Services (BMS) within the DHHR is the single state agency responsible for administering the Medicaid program. The West Virginia BCF within DHHR is responsible for the oversight of children within the State’s custody, and the administration of SNS. No delegation by either party in administering this Contract will relieve either party of responsibility for carrying out the terms of the Contract.
