Delegation of Authority to Amend the Contract. The scope of services covered in this Contract and the related compensation rates are anticipated types and rates for services. Accordingly, the Board of Supervisors delegates to the Health Agency Director or designee the authority to amend this Contract to exchange, delete, or add to the types of services and/or to increase compensation to Contractor up to 25% of the original Contract amount.
