Common use of Delegate Clause in Contracts

Delegate. The Wakeel acknowledges that the Trustee has delegated certain of its rights and obligations under the Master Trust Deed to the Delegate and the Delegate may: (a) enforce the obligations of the Wakeel under this Agreement on behalf of the Trustee; and (b) exercise the rights of the Trustee, in accordance with its terms and the terms of the Master Trust Deed.
