DELAYS AND DISRUPTIONS. C.10.1 The Contractor shall coordinate work efforts on a daily basis with the SAR to schedule the work requirement and to avoid delays and disruptions. More than one Contractor working in the same area is a normal condition encountered during ship repair periods. Delays caused by these events will be at no cost to the Government.

DELAYS AND DISRUPTIONS. 5.1 Any claim by the Contractor for additional costs or extensions to time resulting from delays or disruptions caused by third parties, other than by the Contractor, shall be notified in writing to BOC at the time of such event, or as soon after the event as possible which shall not exceed twenty four (24) hours.

  • Permitted Uses and Disclosures of PHI 2.1 Unless otherwise limited herein, Business Associate may:

  • FORCE MAJEURE; OTHER CHANGES IN CONDITIONS 19.1 In the event of and as soon as possible after the occurrence of any cause constituting force majeure, the affected Party shall give notice and full particulars in writing to the other Party, of such occurrence or cause if the affected Party is thereby rendered unable, wholly or in part, to perform its obligations and meet its responsibilities under the Contract. The affected Party shall also notify the other Party of any other changes in condition or the occurrence of any event which interferes or threatens to interfere with its performance of the Contract. On receipt of the notice or notices required hereunder, the Party not affected by the occurrence of a cause constituting force majeure shall take such action as it reasonably considers to be appropriate or necessary in the circumstances, including the granting to the affected Party of a reasonable extension of time in which to perform any obligations under the Contract.

  • H5 Disruption H5.1 The Contractor shall take reasonable care to ensure that in the performance of its obligations under the Contract it does not disrupt the operations of the Authority, its employees or any other contractor employed by the Authority.

  • Use and Disclosure Restrictions Neither party shall, without the written consent of the other, communicate confidential information of the other, designated in writing or identified in this Agreement as such, to any third party and shall protect such information from inadvertent disclosure to any third party in the same manner that the receiving party would protect its own confidential information. The foregoing obligations will not restrict either party from disclosing confidential information of the other party: (a) pursuant to applicable law; (b) pursuant to the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency, or other governmental body, on condition that the party required to make such a disclosure gives reasonable written notice to the other party to contest such order or requirement; and (c) on a confidential basis to its legal or financial advisors.
