Delay. If delays in the performance of the Professional Services are caused by unforeseen events beyond the control of the Parties, such delay may entitle the Design Professional to a reasonable extension of time, but such delay shall not entitle the Design Professional to damages or additional compensation. Any such extension of time must be approved in writing by the City.
