Delay of Registration; Furnishing Information. The Purchasers shall furnish to the Company such information regarding themselves, the Registrable Securities held by them and the intended method of disposition of such securities as shall be required to effect the registration of their Registrable Securities. Furthermore, each Purchaser, severally and not jointly, agrees to promptly notify the Company of any changes in the information set forth in a registration statement regarding such Purchaser or its plan of distribution set forth in such registration statement.
