Definitions in the UCC, etc. Terms used herein that are not defined herein or in the Credit Agreement, but that are defined in the UCC, have the meanings given to them in the UCC unless the context otherwise requires. If such a term is defined in more than one article of the UCC it shall have the meaning set forth in Article 9 thereof, including but not limited to the following: Account, Chattel Paper, Commodity Contract, Commercial Tort Claim, Deposit Account, Document, Equipment, General Intangible, Instrument, Inventory, Investment Property, Letter of Credit, Letter of Credit Right, Payment Intangible, Proceeds, Record, Securities Account, Security, Security Entitlement, Supporting Obligation, Tangible Chattel Paper and Uncertificated Security.
