Definitions and Reporting. Brief KPI definitions are given in Appendix 2. Detailed definitions are provided in a separate companion document to the Charter available from the System Performance Branch. The System Manager will provide monthly reports against the agreed KPIs for TEHS within the timelines given in Schedule 7 of this SDA. These reports will form the basis for review of TEHS performance.
