This Agreement does not alter in any way the terms of any written agreement signed by You and Cloudeon. This Agreement, together with the Data Processing Agreement (schedule 1), the licensing policy stated in Clauses 3.3, 5.1 and 5.2, Work Orders (if any) and additional supplemental terms (if any), constitute the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Site and the Services.
