Common use of Definition of Teacher Clause in Contracts

Definition of Teacher. When used hereinafter in this Agreement, the term "teacher" shall refer to a member of the bargaining unit described in Section 1.1.

Definition of Teacher. When Unless otherwise indicated, the term “teacher” when used hereinafter in this Agreement, the term "teacher" agreement shall refer to a member of all recognized professional employees represented by the bargaining Association in the negotiating unit described in Section 1.1as above defined.

Definition of Teacher.
