DEFINITION OF OUTSIDE DATE. The term "OUTSIDE DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) months after the date for any Major Project Milestone specified in the Construction Schedule, as such five (5) month period may be extended by any Excusable Delay (subject to Section 8.2.4 below).
