Defined Scope. The content of presentations, discussions, and writings prepared for and communicated in forum sessions and follow-up activities shall be purposefully limited to subject matter directly associated with the field service work of the participating electrical contracting firms. Meeting participants will be expected to make their own determination as to what information about their company’s business activities in other areas beyond field service work should be kept outside of forum sessions in order to maintain and protect its confidentiality.
Defined Scope. Consultant shall use and exercise his or her best efforts to accommodate the needs of the Company and to accomplish the Services expected to be performed under this Agreement as outlined in Section 3 and Appendix A.
Defined Scope. Sectigo will provide the Availability Standards and Premier Support Services as described in this Addendum. The Availability standards and Premier Support Services described in this Addendum can only relate to those services and deliverables provided by or under the direct control of Sectigo or its subcontractors. This Addendum and the services described herein do not cover, and Sectigo cannot guarantee or provide, services for software or hardware hosted by Subscriber.

Defined Scope. Pricing is based on the currently defined scope. Any additions or changes to this SOW will necessitate changes in pricing. Pricing herein assumes no project delays will occur that would require AT&T to stop work. AT&T will not be held financially responsible for project delays outside of its control. Services and/or Equipment not specifically provided for hereunder are outside the scope of this SOW.
