User, Buyer – every natural person who has got full capacity to perform acts in law, legal person or unincorporated body with legal capacity granted by a separate statute. 3. Entrepreneur – user operating a business acc. to Freedom of Economic Activity Act of 2 July 2004 (consoled. text Journal of Acts 2010, No. 220, item 1447 as amended). 4. Consumer – User who is a natural person performing an act in law not directly related to his business or professional activity. 5.
