After the cancellation Clause Samples

After the cancellation period in clause 10.1 has expired, you may cancel the Agreement at any time by providing us with at least 14 days' notice in writing. Any advance payment you have made for Services that have not been provided will be refunded to you. We will invoice you for any Services that we have carried out but you have not paid for (including during the 14-day notice period) in accordance with clause 7.
