The defendant agrees, if the Court permits pursuant to Rule 11(c)(1)(C), to and hereby does plead to an Information charging the lesser included offense that alleges a violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B), and 846, that is, conspiracy to distribute fifty (50) grams or more of methamphetamine. By entering into this plea agreement, the defendant admits that he knowingly committed this offense, and is in fact guilty of this offense.
