Common use of Default on Payment Clause in Contracts

Default on Payment. In the event that Owner is in default on payment of any amount due for Gathering Services rendered hereunder for a period of thirty (30) Days, then upon fifteen (15) Days written notice, Gatherer may at its election suspend Gathering Services and/or terminate this Agreement, unless Owner pays the amount in default within the aforesaid fifteen-Day notice period. Any termination of this Agreement pursuant to the provisions of this Section 4.2 shall be without waiver of or prejudice to any remedy to which Gatherer may be entitled pursuant to this Agreement.
