Tenant shall not: 1. m▇▇▇, cut or drill into or drive nails or screws into any part of the Premises or Building, outside or inside, without the prior written consent of Landlord; or 2. commit or allow any waste, defacing, damage or destruction to or of the Building or any part thereof.
