Common use of Deemed service to the Confidant Clause in Contracts

Deemed service to the Confidant. A notice or other communication which may be given to the Confidant under this Deed will be deemed to have been duly given if it is in Writing, signed by the Service Provider, and is either delivered by hand, posted, sent by email in pdf or a copy transmitted by facsimile to the Confidant at the address or facsimile number (as the case may be) set out in Attachment A to this Deed or such other address or facsimile number as may be notified in Writing to the Service Provider from time to time.
