Common use of Deemed Resignation Clause in Contracts

Deemed Resignation. An employee shall be deemed to have resigned on the date upon which leave pursuant to Article 21 - Pregnancy Leave or Clause 20.18 commenced if he or she does not return to work upon expiration of the leave.
