Common use of Deduction Clause in Contracts

Deduction. The BOARD shall deduct from the pay of each full-time bargaining unit employee who is a member of the United Credit Union from whom it receives an authorization to do so the bi-weekly amount authorized by the member for savings/shares in the United Credit Union.
