Deduction Remittance. The aggregate amount of all dues deductions from members and non-members shall be remitted as per Section 1 of this Article. The Union warrants to the Employer that it maintains an internal dues deduction procedure and shall administer its procedure in accordance with state and federal law. All disputes concerning the amount of Union dues shall not be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The assessment and collection of all dues deductions, including but not limited to automatic payroll deductions, shall be in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Section 4117.
