Dedication of Public Improvements. All of the infrastructure and improvements dedicated to the Town pursuant hereto shall be constructed to the Town’s standard specifications unless otherwise agreed in this MDA or otherwise and shall be subject to Town requirements for the payment of property taxes, inspections, and approval before acceptance by the Town. The Town shall accept such dedication after payment of all taxes and fees and inspection and correction of any deficiency or failure to meet Town standards.
