Decline/Delay in Processing Sample Clauses

The Decline/Delay in Processing clause outlines the circumstances under which a party may refuse or postpone the handling of a request, application, or transaction. Typically, this clause specifies the reasons for which processing may be delayed or declined, such as incomplete documentation, failure to meet eligibility criteria, or the need for additional verification. By clearly defining these conditions, the clause helps manage expectations, reduces disputes, and ensures that both parties understand the legitimate grounds for any interruptions or refusals in processing.
