DECLARES. to take full responsibility for the completeness, accuracy and truthfulness of the information/data provided and for the documents entered using the Portals’ functionalities, for which access shall be authorised; to specifically indemnify Snam Rete Gas for any compensation claim submitted on any grounds by third parties in relation to the incompleteness and/or inaccuracy and/or untruthfulness of the information/data transmitted. In signing this Virtual Trading Point form, the Company declares to acknowledge and accept the “Conditions for natural gas transfer and exchange at the Virtual Trading Point” (hereinafter “The Conditions”) published on SRG website at the following link: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇/en/transportation/Online_Processes/PSV/ and the Network Code, in particular, accepts the allocation on his balance of the transactions net balance that will be posted on the Virtual Trading Point in case it is different from zero. In compliance with and for the purposes of art. 1341 of Civil Code, the following conditions are approved: article 11 – Suspension to operate on the Virtual Trading Point and termination of the subscription’s conditions for the natural gas transfer and exchange on the Virtual Trading Point;
