All part-time staff must be totally available to work at least twotwo (2) Saturdays per month and two (2) regularly scheduled shifts until the close of their department, per week at the time the employee fills out their Declaration of Availability. The Co-operative will grant requested days off except in instances where shifts remain unfilled.
