Decks. All decks and porches as shown on plans,framing with PT lumber and decking is Azec  5/8” Advantech on all roof sheathing  30 year architectural shingles. Ice and water shield 6 feet on all eves and valleys, rest of roof will have roofers guard.  Roof will have a continuous ridge vent  Paradigm windows with J channel, double-hung and double-tilt grills between the glass as shown on print.  Fiberglass Insulated doors as shown per print  Two 10’ x 8’ steel insulated doors with electric openers Allowance $1,200.00 per door  Pre-hung doors painted,choice of 6 styles  Standard knobs or levers and hinges throughout.
