Where there is trailer only, the deck may extend out from the trailer up to but not more than ten (10) feet from either end or either side of the trailer but not both. Deck can be built on either the side or end or both. 2. A roof is allowed over the deck but not to extend out from the trailer up to but not more than ten (10) feet. All sides are to be left open. 3. Screened in decks are allowed. Screen area may extend from roofline to deck floor. If deck has a solid handrail wall, screen area may extend from roofline to top of handrail wall. 4. Any finished deck floor that exceeds eighteen (18) inches above ground level must have a railing that conforms to Ontario Building Code.
