Debtor Relief. The Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary (a) is not Solvent, (b) fails to pay its Debts generally as they become due, (c) voluntarily seeks, consents to or acquiesces in the benefit of any Debtor Law, or (d) becomes a party to or is made the subject of any proceeding (except as a creditor or claimant) provided for by any Debtor Law (unless, if the proceeding is involuntary, the applicable petition is dismissed within 60 days after its filing).
