DEBRIEFING OF PROPOSERS. Not later than thirty (30) days after Board approval of a selection or shortlist, a proposer may submit a written request to the applicable contracting agent for a debriefing on the evaluation of their proposal. The contracting agent will schedule a meeting with the Proposer for the debriefing. However, at the Proposer’s request, the debriefing may be conducted via telephone conference.
