Debit Card Service. Debit Card Service allows Customers to place calls from locations other than their normal place of business or residence. Customers dial an access code and identification code in addition to the called number. Customers may choose from a variety of card denominations. Service is paid for in advance of actual usage. Charges for the service are deducted from the Available Usage Balance on the debit card. The Company has the right to restrict the geographic distribution of its Debit Cards.
Debit Card Service. Debit Cards will be provided to the Police Department as requested. Debit calling services can be utilized to call any destination worldwide. The Cards shall be 110 lb. cardstock paper based. The City through the Burbank Police Department shall be invoiced for all Debit Cards requested. The Debit Cards will be discounted by the offered commission percentage. All Debit Card invoices shall be paid by the City within thirty (30) days of the invoice date.
