Debenture Guarantees Clause Samples

The Debenture Guarantees clause establishes that a third party, typically a guarantor, agrees to fulfill the obligations of the issuer if the issuer defaults on the debenture. In practice, this means that if the company issuing the debenture fails to make payments or meet other terms, the guarantor is legally required to step in and satisfy those obligations to the debenture holders. This clause provides additional security for investors by reducing the risk of loss, thereby making the debenture a more attractive investment.
