Common use of DEATH OR DISABILITY DURING TERM OF EMPLOYMENT Clause in Contracts

DEATH OR DISABILITY DURING TERM OF EMPLOYMENT. 6.1 Upon termination of Executive's employment pursuant to Section 5.4, Executive or his estate or personal representative, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive Executive's Base Salary and benefits for a period of one month following the date of death or the date when Executive becomes completely disabled.

DEATH OR DISABILITY DURING TERM OF EMPLOYMENT. 6.1 8.1 Upon termination of Executive's employment pursuant to Section 5.47.3, Executive or his estate or personal representative, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive such portions of Executive's Base Salary and benefits set forth in Section 4.1 for a period of one month the periods described below following the date of death or the date when Executive becomes completely disabled.:

Upon termination of Executive's employment pursuant to Section 5.45.3, Executive or his her estate or personal representative, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive Executive's Base Salary and benefits for a period of one month three (3) months following the date of death or the date when Executive becomes completely disabled, unless the Company has equivalent life insurance or disability insurance in place.

Upon termination of Executive's employment pursuant to Section 5.45.3, Executive or his estate or personal representative, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive Executive's Base Salary and benefits for a period of one month six (6) months following the date of death or the date when Executive becomes completely disabled, unless the Company has equivalent life insurance or disability insurance in place.

DEATH OR DISABILITY DURING TERM OF EMPLOYMENT. 6.1 10.1 Upon termination of Executive's employment pursuant to Section 5.48.3, Executive or his estate or personal representative, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive Executive's Base Salary and benefits set forth in Section 4.1 for a period of one month twelve (12) months following the date of death or the date when Executive becomes completely disabled.

DEATH OR DISABILITY DURING TERM OF EMPLOYMENT. 6.1 8.1 Upon termination of Executive's employment pursuant to Section 5.47.4, Executive or his estate or personal representative, as the case may be, shall be entitled to receive Executive's Base Salary and benefits set forth in Section 4.1 for a period of one month six (6) months following the date of death or the date when Executive becomes completely disabled, or through the end of the fiscal year in which such termination occurs, whichever is longer.
