Death Following Qualifying Termination of Employment. If a Participant dies after incurring a Qualifying Termination of Employment, but before the dates set forth in Section 4(a)(iv) of the 2016 LTIP, with respect to any portion of the Restricted Stock subject to the Restrictions, the Restrictions shall immediately lapse and be of no further force or effect as of the date of the Participant’s death.
