Death; Disability; Voluntary Termination. Termination for --------------------------------------------------------- Just Cause. If employment is terminated under Section 1.9 (B), (C), or (D), or ---------- Section 1.10(A), the Executive shall receive (i) salary through the Term of Employment; (ii) any incentive compensation earned but not yet paid; and (iii) reimbursement of expenses incurred under Section 1.7(C) but not yet reimbursed.
