DEADLINE FOR PAYMENT OF CONTRIBUTIONS. Salary Deferral Contributions and Catch-up Salary Deferral Contributions shall be paid to the Trustee in installments. The installment for each payroll period shall be paid as soon as administratively feasible. The Matching Contributions, Supplemental Contributions and QNECs for a Plan Year shall be paid to the Trustee in one or more installments, as the Employer may from time to time determine; provided, however, that such contributions may not be paid later than the time prescribed by law (including extensions thereof) for filing the Employer’s income tax return for its taxable year ending with or within such Plan Year.
