Days Recognized Clause Samples

The "Days Recognized" clause defines which days are officially acknowledged for the purposes of the agreement, such as business days, holidays, or other specified dates. It typically outlines how weekends, public holidays, or other non-working days are treated when calculating deadlines or performance periods under the contract. By clearly specifying recognized days, this clause ensures that all parties have a mutual understanding of timeframes, reducing the risk of disputes over missed deadlines or obligations due to differing interpretations of the calendar.
