Database Service Clause Samples
The Database Service clause defines the terms under which a database is provided, maintained, and accessed as part of an agreement. It typically outlines the responsibilities of the service provider regarding uptime, data security, and support, as well as the permitted uses and access rights of the client. This clause ensures both parties understand the scope and limitations of the database service, helping to prevent disputes over service levels or data management.
