Data Use Consent. The Company is hereby granted a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and freely assignable license to store, use, copy, display, disseminate and create derivative works from: (1) the price and quantity data for each Transaction entered into by FCM Participant and its Customers that is executed via the Company Service(s); and (2) each bid, offer and/or Order provided via the Company Service(s) by FCM Participant and/or its Customers. FCM Participant acknowledges and agrees that the Company may use such information for business, marketing and other purposes.
