Data Use Consent the Client accepts that PORTALP may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to, technical information about the smartphone as well as the technical and configuration data collected periodically by the AUTODOOR MASTER Application about the connected equipment to facilitate the provision of software updates, technical assistance services for the equipment, and (if applicable) other services to the Client related to the AUTODOOR MASTER Application. PORTALP undertakes to process or use the data collected on the license server only to the extent necessary and as long as necessary to properly execute and follow the user license agreement for the AUTODOOR MASTER Application.   • END USER AGREEMENTS (“EUA H-GAC acknowledges that the END USER may choose to enter into an End User Agreement (“EUA) with the Contractor through this Agreement, and that the term of the EUA may exceed the term of the current H-GAC Agreement.   • Software License Agreement 1) Customers acquiring software licenses under the Contract shall hold, use and operate such software subject to compliance with the Software License Agreement set forth in Appendix D of this Contract. No changes to the Software License Agreement terms and conditions may be made unless previously agreed to between Vendor and DIR.   • Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.

  • License of Data; Warranty; Termination of Rights A. The valuation information and evaluations being provided to the Trust by USBFS pursuant hereto (collectively, the “Data”) are being licensed, not sold, to the Trust. The Trust has a limited license to use the Data only for purposes necessary to valuing the Trust’s assets and reporting to regulatory bodies (the “License”). The Trust does not have any license nor right to use the Data for purposes beyond the intentions of this Agreement including, but not limited to, resale to other users or use to create any type of historical database. The License is non-transferable and not sub-licensable. The Trust’s right to use the Data cannot be passed to or shared with any other entity. The Trust acknowledges the proprietary rights that USBFS and its suppliers have in the Data.
