Data Use Consent. We and Our Affiliates may collect and use technical information or data gathered from Your use of the Tools. We may use this information solely to improve Our products or to provide customized services or technologies to Our customers and will not disclose this information in a form that personally identifies You, Your Users or Your Clients.

Data Use Consent. The Company is hereby granted a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and freely assignable license to store, use, copy, display, disseminate and create derivative works from: (1) the price and quantity data for each Transaction entered into by FCM Participant and its Customers that is executed via the Company Service(s); and (2) each bid, offer and/or Order provided via the Company Service(s) by FCM Participant and/or its Customers. By using CEUP, Customer also grants UiPath permission to share Customer Content, and other information with UiPath providers as necessary in order to provide the CEUP.
