Data Use Consent. Participant hereby grants Company a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, full sublicensable and freely assignable license to store, use, copy, display, disseminate and create derivative works from: (1) the price and quantity data for each Transaction entered into by Participant that is executed via the Services and (2) each bid, offer and/or Order provided via the Services by Participant. Participant acknowledges and agrees that Company may use such information for business, marketing and other purposes.
