Data Transmission Log. a. Both Parties shall establish and maintain a Data Transmission Log, which shall record any and all data transmissions taking place between the Parties during the term of this Agreement. Each Party shall take necessary and reasonable steps to ensure that such Data Transmission Logs constitute a current, accurate, complete, and unaltered record of any and all Data Transmissions between the Parties, and shall be retained by each Party for no less than twenty-four
