Data System Clause Samples
Data System. Grantee shall provide a data system, including computer hardware and software, to carry out the provisions of this Grant Agreement. The data system must:
1. Track, maintain, and protect client referral and services information to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness;
2. Have the capacity to produce the program and financial information necessary for regular data assessment and analysis to determine if the ADRC is meeting performance benchmarks and to provide required performance reports; and
3. Have adequate electronic back-up systems, schedules, and procedures, as well as virus protection software that is continually updated to prevent the loss or corruption of system data.
Data System. The Borrower shall, within 21 days of a request from the Agent (following consultation with the Insurance Adviser):
9.1 procure that an information storage and retrieval system ("DATA SYSTEM") is established;
9.2 notify the Contractors' all risks, advance loss of revenue, material damage and loss of revenue insurers in writing within 7 days of the establishment and existence of the Data System;
9.3 deposit in the Data System:
(i) no later than the 15th day after the date thereof, a copy of any variation or amendment to any Project Document the non-disclosure of which would reasonably be expected to have an adverse effect on the nature or extent of the cover to be provided under any of the Insurances and a copy of any additional Project Document entered into after the date hereof;
(ii) contemporaneously with the delivery to the Agent, copies of any information delivered pursuant to Clauses 19.15, 19.16, 19.17, 19.18 and 19.19 of the Agreement;
9.4 contemporaneously deliver (through the Borrower's insurance broker) to the lead insurers on the Contractors' all-risks, advance loss of revenue, material damage and loss of revenue policies copies of the documents deposited in the Data System pursuant to Clause 9.3 above;
9.5 no later than the 15th business day after delivery of any document to the lead insurers under Clause 9.4 above, provide the Insurance Adviser with evidence of the insurers' acknowledgement of receipt thereof.
Data System. The Contractor shall have a rules-based and date sensitive automated claims system. The data system will be HIPAA compliant.
Data System. Any ADES electronic data system, including I-TEAMS, that a service provider or the contractor will be required to use to collect and report accurate data to AzEIP for the purposes of continuous quality improvement and data analysis.
Data System. The Contractor shall have an electronic data system to produce and submit reports in MS Excel or ASCII format.
Data System. The Fisheries Monitoring Plan will describe a cohesive and integrated approach to the collection and storing of monitoring data and restoration information. The Plan will identify existing monitoring efforts and monitoring gaps to expand data collection efforts where necessary to promote a comprehensive, integrated, and efficient Fisheries Program.
Data System. SEMSA shall utilize the Nor-Cal EMS automated Patient Care Reporting (PCR) system software program and shall submit electronic patient care Records (ePCR) to NOR-CAL in the current NEMSIS format. SEMSA may use an ePCR system of its choosing as long as the data sent to Nor-Cal EMS is in the required format. The Community to which ▇▇▇▇▇’s ambulance responds must be identified on the electronic PCR for determination of response time compliance. SEMSA shall be responsible for providing hardware and software maintenance and upgrades as needed.
