Common use of Data Secrecy Clause in Contracts

Data Secrecy. The Processor will ensure that employees involved in processing the Controller’s personal data are required to safeguard confidentiality in accordance with articles 28 para. 3 clause 2.b, 29, 32 para. 4 GDPR and have been acquainted with the provisions of data protection relevant to them. The Processor and every person subject to the Processor that have access to personal data may only process this data in accordance with the Controller’s instructions, including the powers granted in this agreement, unless they are required to process the data by law. This obligation to secrecy will remain in force after the work has finished.
