Data Secrecy. 5.1 The Processor shall be obliged to ensure that persons authorized to process the Personal Data on behalf of the Controller, in particular employees of Processor and any Sub-processors, including their employees, have committed themselves to confidentiality or are under an appropriate statutory obligation of confidentiality relating to the Personal Data and processing activities covered by this DPA. Upon request, Processor will demonstrate compliance with this obligation.
